The Bentley S1 was a luxury car produced by Bentley Motors Limited from 1955 unti 1959.This car was built as a 2-door Saloon James Young ( Body n° 3013 ordered by Bentley Motors ) and new delivered to its first French owner in Marseille. James Young was a British coachbuilding company, founded in 1863 in London Road, Bromley. They originally produced horsedrawn carriages. From 1921 they bodied several Bentley cars as well as others such as Alfa Romeo, Sunbeam and Rolls- Royce. The last bodies were made in 1967.
