Built in 1962, originally delivered to Jaguar Cars in New York, and in the hands of the same proud Dutch owner since 1994. A true enthusiast—not just someone who fell in love, but someone who stayed devoted for thirty years. He restored this feline from top to bottom with precision and passion. No shortcuts, no half measures. Just pure dedication. More love has gone into this car than a British gardener puts into his rose garden.

In 2012, when the engine showed signs of fatigue at 35,936 kilometers, the block was fully rebuilt—including a new crankshaft. Two years later, she roared back to life, stronger, smoother, and just as stylish as she was in ’62.

The Series 1 3.8 is the E-type in its purest form: an aluminum dashboard, the correct switches, and three carburetors singing their signature tune. Matching numbers, extensive documentation, and a history rarely this well-documented.
