Collector wanted! Hereby we offer you an official Rolls-Royce Silver Spur limousine 36-inch stretch from the year 1984. Although Rolls-Royce always thought that an extended limousine version of a Silver Shadow would be too expensive, they asked in the eighties the company Robert Jankel Design to build a limousine from a Silver Spur. The 36-inch stretch has been extended by 36 inches (91.44 cm), bringing the total length to 628 cm. This model was produced from 1982 to 1987. In total only 37 copies of this original Rolls Royce factory version were made, no wonder the circulation was so small, because this model was only for the heads of state and real rich people who could miss the $ 400.000 needed for this status symbol.

Both driver and passenger enjoy light beige leather, finished with high-gloss walnutwood, something we unfortunately never see in modern cars. Wherever you sit, the chairs are large and comfortable, you sink in a bit. If you take a seat behind the large 2-spoke steering wheel, you will be provided with the necessary information by large counters and lights that come directly from the 1980s. When you take a seat in one of the 2 king seats in the back, you are already back in the 80s. The TV in the middle is prominent and needs so much space that it puts a smile on your face. The separation window can be raised, via the intercom you can encourage the driver to drive a little faster because your wife or mistress is waiting for you (or you for her?). This limousine has a European first delivery and is very high quality finished and stuffed with all options from its time.
The exterior also takes you straight back to the 80s. Nice to notice that a somewhat simple design can be so appealing. The Blue color makes this limo royal and contrasts beautifully with the light beige leather that you can see through the windows. The finishing touch is a lot of chrome work where the showpiece is the large grille with the famous flying lady.
In our personal opinion, driving is the best in this limo. This car is quiet and comfortable despite its age. Once seated behind the large steering wheel, you long for a driver's hat and can't resist saying “what's the destination Sir?” The 6.75 liter V8 delivers enough power, Rolls Royce never mentioned how much, but the V8 has no problems to push the long carriage. Turns should be taken more broadly due to the length, but that is precisely one of the things that makes driving in this collector's item extra special. Sitting in the back and be driven is something we all secretly dreamed of.
