1985 Mazda RX-7
Approx. 90,300 miles | Runs and drives great | Clean title in hand
Up for sale is my 1985 Mazda RX-7. I have owned it for the past 7 years and it has been a reliable weekend car that I still take out on nice days.
This car originally belonged to my late father. I have held onto it to keep it in good condition and on the road, but at this point I do not have the space or ability to give it the attention it deserves. I would like to see it go to someone who will enjoy and care for it.
Vehicle Details
Repainted in original white
Racing Beat exhaust system
Holley carburetor
Headlight motors replaced
Aftermarket headlights and front marker lights
Updated stereo and speakers
No known fluid leaks
Driving Note (Carb)
Due to the Holley carburetor setup, the choke has been removed. When starting cold, it requires light throttle input to start and warm up. Once running, it drives great.
Condition
Interior
Interior is in good condition for its age and presents well overall. Seats, dash, and trim are solid with normal wear. Some interior lights are not currently functioning, and I am unsure of the cause. Power windows work. I am not sure if the car originally had power side mirrors.
Exterior
Exterior shows well and has a clean overall appearance. There are minor hail dings that are only noticeable in certain lighting. The car was repainted in its original white after a previous minor incident involving the rear quarter/fender area. The repair was completed at that time and the car presents well today.
Engine Bay
Clean and functional, not over detailed.
Additional Information
Car is not garage kept, but has been maintained and remains a solid, reliable driver.
I am not a rotary specialist and do not have full history prior to my ownership, but I am happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability.
Clean title in hand.
