Production took place in the Lingotto plant in Turin until 1968, then in Mirafiori and finally from 1971 also in Termini Imerese (identified by the first digit 5 on the chassis) and in the Autobianchi plant in Desio (first digit 6). The last 500 Fs left the plants in 1972.
