Description

Welcome to Oscarssons Bil AB in Mellerud, one of the oldest companies in Sweden dealing with classic cars, with the highest credit rating – 44 years in the business.

Ford Focus RS (Rally Sport) MK1. 2003. 1 hand. Original 17.760 KM !

This car was originally ordered by Ford Motorcentralen in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Collected new by the family on June 10, 2004. This family have owned it ever since and have only driven 17.760 kilometers. The car has only been carefully driven during the summer months. Rust protection was applied from new. It is in perfect condition and, apart from regular servicing, remains 100% original and completely untouched. Nothing has been modified or repainted.

The Ford Focus RS is a numbered, limited-production model with only 4,501 units built. This specific example carries production number 3408. Was manufactured at Ford’s Saarlouis plant in Germany, of which 2,147 units were produced as right-hand-drive versions for the UK market.

The RS is an enhanced version of Ford’s ST models, featuring components directly derived from the WRC rally car — including a larger turbocharger, upgraded brakes, stiffer chassis, and a wider track. The first Focus RS was introduced in 2003 and came equipped with a 2.0-liter Duratec engine producing 215 hp. It also featured a Quaife automatic torque-biasing differential. Additional highlights include Brembo brakes, a Garrett GT2560LS turbocharger, a lowered suspension (25 mm), and a 65 mm wider track.

Top speed: 232 km/h.0–100 km/h: 6.4 seconds

The production model was first unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2001. It was built between October 2002 and November 2003.

The car costs SEK 350.000, which corresponds to about 32.500 Euro.
