This 1966 Ford Mustang convertible is a real show stopper in the absolutely gorgeous color combination of Silver Blue Metallic on the exterior and Blue/White Pony interior. Match that with a White power convertible top and you are sure to turn heads!
This is a C-Code Mustang, which means it left that factory with a 200 horsepower 289 CID V8 engine. That engine has been given full-length headers running to dual exhaust with mufflers for a nice rumble. Keeping you in control of the RPMs is a manual transmission with a Hurst shifter knob, in white to compliment the interior.
Woodgrain accents and a wood steering wheel bring a touch of class to very clean interior! The trunk is nicely restored as well and features a spare tire with plaid cover, plaid trunk mat, plaid trunk bag, and plaid jack back with jack. It is ready to show!
Under the hood is left close to factory stock with the exception of a chrome air cleaner and finned "Powered By Ford" valve covers, and the aforementioned headers. This Mustang runs and drives out incredibly well with tight steering and brakes that stop on a dime. It has been owned by the same person since 1993 and has always been garage kept and only driven in nice weather. This is a real good find for someone looking for a Mustang they can buy and immediately start driving and showing!
