Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to offer this 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 a future classic American muscle car that combines power, performance, and style. Under the hood is what sets this Shelby apart from normal traffic, you'll find a 2.3Liter Trinity TVS supercharged 5.4Liter V-8 with upgrades such as the ID1000 injectors with Kenne Bell dual 17.5volt boost-a-pumps, ATI 10% overdrive pulley, Metco idler pulley with tensioner, dual SCJ 65MM throttle bodies, JLT 127MM carbon fiber intake,, carbon fiber drive shaft, JLT oil-separator and a SCT x4 tuner with Gearheads tunes adding up to 642WHP and 686FtLbs of torque breathing through the 3" Offroad x-pipe with MBRP mufflers. The only way you could get a GT500 in 2007 was with a Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual transmission, offering a dynamic driving experience that's truly exhilarating. This Mustang is not just about power, it's also equipped with upgraded suspension to help control the power with race-tune suspension, four-piston Brembo brakes, BMR lower control arms as well as the welded relocation brackets to keep the front end in line. Inside, the GT500 received Charcoal Black leather that offered more lateral support than those available in the regular Mustangs and featured an embossed coil snake insignia. Satin-finish aluminum trim surrounds the white-faced gauges with a boost gauge. The speedometer and tachometer swapped positions and the SVT logo in the tachometer lit-up when the engine approached the red-line so that the driver could more easily see when to shift. For a little extra flair, the gauge illumination could be switched between a red/blue combination and all white. A unique steering wheel was installed that featured palm grips and was leather wrapped with red stitching. There was also a Cobra logo on the steering wheel hub. Don't miss the opportunity to experience the power and thrill of this future classic.
