This Eagle is featured in the Spring 2019 Hagerty magazine and filmed for TV at the Concours de lemons in Monterey 2019.

All mechanical issues have been sorted out and the vehicle is good to go anywhere. She starts, idles, brakes and handles just fine! Horsepower was boosted from stock with new distributor, new wires and plugs. New hoses, belts replaced as needed. New battery, starter, and brake booster. A/C is INOP. Heater works. Currently the stock radio plays intermittently. There's a short somewhere. Plan to tint all the windows soon.

The interior has all of its original components. Carpet is a little sun faded in the rear. The under dash hood latch handle broke (because it is made of cheap plastic) and so I am using a beer opener as pull until I can fabricate something more...uuuhhh.....refined I guess. She has new thick rubber floor mats. The headliner is sagging as most of the Eagles do because the glue dries out. Ive applied decorative upholstery pins to hold the material in place which seems to be working fine. Each seat cushion in front has a 3 inch tear. The passenger side only has a tear on the vinyl, whereas the driver's side has one on the cloth and the vinyl. I have purchased enough NOS AMC houndstooth cloth material from the only source on the planet to repair the seat. Just need a needle and some thread.

You may find a few out there but you don't find Eagles like this ! All in All, a well preserved Eagle that has been given some love and a dose or two of steroids for confidence. She's ready for some adventure. Are you?
