HISTORY
The car HUMMER T-REX by COGGIOLA of which there is only one example, and appeared for the first time at the Geneva International Motor Show in the year 2000

BODYWORK
Inspired by the profiles of the latest generation of SUVs, the line of the T-REX is characterized by a very sleek profile , with cockpit accessible by means of a large electric platform that comes out automatically with the opening of the doors, offers a high degree of comfort to a crew of 6 people , as well as allowing any variation in the arrangement of the seats that can meet the most varied requirements of equipment.

MECHANICS
For the outfitting of the T-REX, Coggiola engineers chose the mechanics, chassis and engine of the Hummer H1, AMGC's prestigious 4x4. Equipped with 6.5-liter turbodiesel V8, capable of developing 195 hp at 3,500 rpm, the T-REX reaches a top speed of 135 km/h. Equipped with permanent all-wheel drive, a 4-speed automatic transmission and disc brakes (with brake assist and ABS) on all four wheels, the T-REX also has a small turning radius (8.1 mt) in relation to its two dimensions, which also ensures decent handling on asphalt roads. In off-road driving, the use of reverse gear is required only in the tightest turns.

EQUIPMENT AND FITTINGS
A trip into the future Driving the T-REX, in addition to offering the thrill of extreme off-roading while immersed in the comfort of a limousine, allows you to take a real trip into the future thanks to the hi-tech accessories offered in the on-board equipment. In addition to the now traditional satellite navigation system (in this case we have in Alpine GPS) and the reversing video system equipped with a color camera, the T-REX is in fact equipped with an Acer 51 2T PC that, via a Nokia 6150 cell phone equipped with hands-free support, allows connection to the Internet, DVD player, TV tuner screen and IR remote keyboard for controlling the on-board computer from all locations in the cabin. For music fans, there is also a sophisticated Alpine system equipped with a 6-speaker car radio and multi-CD audio players. Standard equipment also includes central door locking, power windows and front and rear air conditioning, as well as the classic Central Tire Inflaction System.
