The Legend Lives On
This is a like-new and truly like-new Lada Niva Taiga in deep blue, reminiscent of the vast taiga landscapes. It was officially built for Germany and imported by the former Lada Automobile GmbH in Neu Wulmstorf. The vehicle was delivered to its first owner in 2014 and includes the COC document (EC Certificate of Conformity for type-approved vehicles).
Until the previous owner’s death, the Niva was stored in a heated warehouse belonging to a car enthusiast and collector. Over twelve years, it covered only 17,000 kilometers. The previous owner invested significantly in maintaining and customizing the vehicle, including a retrofitted auxiliary heater with remote control and a Becker navigation radio. These modifications alone cost around 5,000 euros.
This vehicle embodies a piece of automotive history from the Soviet era. The Niva became an export hit and a legend over the decades. It is a true off-road vehicle, a piece of history, and a legend in its own right.
Currently roadworthy, it runs on premium fuel. It features three entry doors, four seat belts, and seats in very good condition. The vehicle has been recently inspected and includes steel rims, a spare tire, radio navigation, differential lock, radio/CD, tinted windows, through-loading capability, underbody protection, and a third brake light. It is accident-free and equipped with a clock and tachometer.
