Description

This EVO ll is a very special edition, this very limited production series - the “Dealers Collection“- was only made available to Lancia dealers. This car is one of only 173 ever built. Unique trim and features for this special edition include rich metallic burgundy paintwork, full leather interior of supple Italian hides, HF logos embossed into the headrests and OMP logos on the alloy pedals and passenger rally footrest.

It comes from a Japanese collection with only 96k kilometers (59k miles). Japan market cars are typically very well maintained due to stringent local regulations and this car is a fine example. Regular service according to Lancia’s recommendations is documented and it is in very good condition cosmetically and in sound mechanical condition. Overall the car is mostly original, with very minor upgrades. On arrival here recently we performed a full inspection and remedied all minor issues noted.

The unique Metallic Burgundy paint is in excellent shape and the original tan leather interior is in very good condition. There is no current rust and no evidence of prior rust repairs, nor any stress cracks in the unibody or exterior panels. The body is straight and sound. The deeply bolstered Recaro seats are in nice shape, but do show typical wear for the age and mileage. Rear cabin and all door panels are in excellent condition.

The dashboard is in great shape with an impressive complement of instruments. There is a leather-wrapped Momo steering wheel and a Japanese market DVD video and audio unit. The rally style alloy pedals and passenger footrest are a special touch. Unique features include the starter button fitted to the central dashboard and the special plaque that identifies this limited and numbered unit of the “Dealers Collection”.

Tires are good and mounted on 16” OEM wheels.

The turbocharged and intercooled 2.0-liter DOHC four-cylinder is transversely mounted and sends power to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission. A high flow air filter has been professionally installed. The AWD system features a 57/43 torque split, Ferguson viscous coupling, and a Torsen rear differential. The engine bay is neat and tidy and appears well sorted. Running character features a strong and linear torque curve with an exhilarating top end surge and an exciting exhaust note that is distinctly Italian.

In Europe the Delta Integrale EVO II has earned a good reputation and is generally regarded to be reliable and dependable. Parts availability is quite good and, despite he advanced technology, the EVO II is considered simple and straightforward to service.

Rare opportunity to own one of the world’s best rally cars ever. Very popular with younger enthusiasts who became familiar with the car digitally on Gran Turisimo for Playstation. The real deal lives up to the legend.

Very unique, exclusive series example in good condition with low miles .. this is one of most collectable EVO lls we have seen. An excellent example of a true legend in World Rally Competition.

All import paperwork is in order. This car comes with a valid Vermont registration, Vermont plates and a bill of sale.
