1965 Prince Skyline GTB 2000 For Sale

Incredibly rare, early, matching numbers Japanese homologation special, the grandaddy of the Nissan Skyline GTR range, only ever sold in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. A simple Google search will reveal the specs and history of these special cars and why they are so revered in Japan.

I have owned this car on and off since the late 1980's and it is complete and original apart from a cheap respray in the '90's. It's unrestored and currently has a non-matching number but correct engine. However, the original matching number engine will also be included.

Standard factory spec includes triple Webbers (genuine), a 5-speed straight cut gearbox, LSD, front disc brakes with finned alloy rear drums, and a 2 litre OHC straight 6 engine rated at 127hp. It will need a complete restoration but everything on these cars is fairly simple and parts are available in Japan and Australia, both new or second-hand.

Included in the sale will be a good collection of parts, both used and new including the matching number engine, a head-gasket, 3 sets of engine bearings, a windscreen, first gear set, lights, badges and sundry other items.
