This is an example of the classic Italian approach to motoring in the 1960s. The beautiful bodywork by Carrozzeria Touring immediately indicates what production the car is from.

Apart from the Ferrari models competing at that time, the Maserati 3500 GT competed only with Aston Martin, which was then about to become James Bond's car.

This model from the Italian manufacturer is a groundbreaking move in the history of the brand - it is considered the first mass-produced, although the production of only 2,226 units in the years 1957-1964 shows that it was not a car for everyone.

The car was mainly driven by showbiz people and the wealthiest businessmen. The GTI version is also the first Italian car with fuel injection, and globally the second, after the legendary Mercedes 300SL Gullwing.

As a new one, it was delivered to a customer in Italy, and later traveled around the world - it was hosted in garages in the United States, South Africa, France and Great Britain.

In 2016, a competition renovation began at the renowned company MBL Classics, a specialist in classic cars of this brand, and the final effect of the work could be admired 3 years later.

So far, the vehicle has visited exhibitions and elegance competitions in Poland, Germany, Italy, France and Belgium.
