We start by sending you a video via WhatsApp of the car you’re interested in, as if you were right here with us, walking around it and sitting inside. The video will highlight any body damage or other issues.
We will also send you a copy of the maintenance logbook (front and back), so you can see if the car has had only one owner or multiple previous owners.
