Vehicle history:
This Puch 230 G was completed at the factory in Graz on June 22, 1979. It served as an exhibition vehicle for the Steyr-Puch sales division at a motor show in Graz that same year. It was very well equipped. This included, among other things, a swiveling spare wheel holder, headrests, upscale interior, trailer coupling, clock, differential lock, and much more. In 1980, Aeschlimann AG from Sumiswald in Switzerland purchased this vehicle and registered the Puch with the license plate BE 57719. The vehicle was serviced by the Schuhausgarage in Langenthal. The original service book shows numerous maintenance services. Twelve years ago, a former Mercedes-Benz master mechanic purchased this vehicle and restored it down to the last screw. Over €70,000 and well over 1,000 hours of work were invested in the 230 G. The engine was performance-optimized by increasing the displacement to 2.8 liters and adding a dual carburetor. Today, this Puch 230 G is in perfect overall condition. As a 3-door convertible, it is the most sought-after variant.
