This beautiful Mercedes 280 features a 2.8-liter 6-cylinder fuel-injected gasoline engine. It is a classic luxury sedan that combines timeless elegance with mechanical reliability. The vehicle has been restored over the years and maintained in excellent condition. It is registered in the province of Padua (PD) and has a second original vintage registration plate for a change of province, as noted in the original registration booklet. The car is registered with ASI, fully functional, and roadworthy. It is stored indoors.
Recent restoration work includes the restoration of the interior seats, reupholstered in leather with the springs replaced. The body panels have been completely polished and restored where necessary. All door seals have been replaced, and door sills restored. The vehicle has a new radio antenna, new front and rear bumper trim, a new fuel pump, new brake pistons, and new brake rotors and pads. The main restoration was performed by a Mercedes dealership in 1999.
The last service was performed in June 2025. The inspection is valid through September 2026.
The vehicle has small holes caused by water buildup inside the wheel wells, with no rust.
