This wonderful Mercedes 350SEL has recently joined our collection

This particular W116 3.8 V8 SEL, the top of the range Mercedes model, was supplied from new on the 18th November 1978 in Kassel, Germany. It was supplied with factory-fitted airconditioning, power steering, tinted windows, sunroof and automatic transmission. The Mercedes “vertragshandler” Smidt supplied the 350SEL to its first owner Herr John Walter. The second owner, Herr Peter Thummier of the same named car dealership used this car privately. The car remained in his possession until 2009 when it was sold to a client in the Netherlands. It is a very authentic car with only 110,043 km on the clock. It had a cosmetic re-spray some years ago. It is 100% rust-free, has correct alignment and mechanically 100% in order. Latterly it was maintained and driven in beautiful Benidorm.

This wonderful Mercedes 350SEL is now available and on sale with us! A truly uniquely beautiful example with extensive documentation including invoices and original booklets. In its day it was the height of motoring and today it is still a fantastic car to drive!
