The car was originally delivered to Switzerland in January 1981 and registered on 31-01-1981. The first owner drove the car until 1989, after which it was owned by the second owner from Lucerne, Switzerland (born in 1937) until March 2021. The car has a comprehensive history, and all details including ownership, service records, exhaust documents, and Mercedes-Benz service manuals (Warranty) are traceable.
Under warranty, the gearbox was replaced on 18-06-1982 at 14,467 km. All four original keys are still present. The car is currently declared in Germany. The most recent service was carried out at Mercedes-Benz in Hechingen on September 6, 2021, at 158,572 km, which included an oil change with oil filter, transmission oil change, renewal of brake fluid, installation of new summer tires on Baroque rims (all new and powder coated), TÜV/H-approval, full replacement of brake discs and blocks, complete repainting of the vehicle, and renewal of all rear window and door rubber seals. The bottom plate was blasted and cavity sealed, and pictures are available.
