MG TD 1953 in black for saleFor the first time, the MG TD was offered in left-hand drive for export. It also featured a wider, more rigid chassis, which improved ride quality and stability, making the TD more refined than the TC. Additionally, the MG TD was the first MG to use rack-and-pinion steering, a significant improvement over the older steering box used in the TC model. The 1.3-liter XPAG engine now produced 54 horsepower, and with a car weighing less than 1,000 kg, this was enough for an enjoyable convertible driving experience.Exterior: The 1953 MG TD we have for sale is in fantastic condition.
