Finished in color “two-tone” blue combined with a blue leather interior finished with blue carpets. Lovely dashboards with all instruments in full function order and modern trip master equipped. The car has a charming patina, so as a pre-war car has to be! Equipped with wire wheels, tools lovely arranged under the hood and four new tires. This MG features even a very special jacking system which stills works.
On cooler day the car has the nicest look when the hood is in coupe-de ville positon (half open same as with Alvis). The car can be driven open on lovely summer days, closed in autumn and winter days and is ready to hit the road for rally and tour! With much space inside and space in the trunk for luggage it is the ideal car to go on journey and holidays with.
The 6-cylinder engine with 2.322 cc which delivers 78 hp and its 4-speed gearbox, let the car run and shift great and is a blast to drive! It is an impressive, great tourer and has been participating in many rallies and events with current owners. Current owner is in possession of this mighty MG since 2009 and has even participated successfully even in the Mille Miglia in 2016.
This beautiful MG SA was sold new and registered in the UK. It has been fully restored and overhauled between the years 1991-1994 by a UK specialist. It was a restoration project from Peter Ratcliffe of marque specialists SVW Services, Hull (UK). A photo book of these times together with invoices and correspondences accomplish the car.
This MG SA presents itself optical and technical in very good state and condition example! Car has been regularly serviced and maintained over the years. It is registered in Germany on German number plates with two previous German owners before. A really cared and sought-after pre-war example.
The car has good files with restoration book present, FIVA passport and is very known car in the MG Car Club!
