Just sold: 1970 Real RM VIN Road Runner with a 383 V8 engine, matching numbers, and a Pistol Grip 4-speed transmission. This Mopar runs, drives, and stops great. If someone wants this before it goes in for restoration, let us know.
The car has been signed in person by Richard Petty. It needs cosmetic restoration but comes with many new parts, including a full floor pan, rocker panels, frame rails, crossmember, and one rear quarter skin. You may choose to replace all or some of these depending on your restoration plans.
There is no cracked glass, and the stainless trim is in good shape. The doors open and close smoothly. The wheels are beautiful, and the tires are very good. The correct VIN number is stamped on the radiator support and trunk gutter channel lip.
The car features a factory 8-track player. It has a clear, open, transferable registration and title. It was originally a black-on-black car. A video of it running will be posted. The dash has been signed by Richard Petty.
