1972 Pontiac Grand Prix (Stk#1397)
CLASSIC VINTAGE CRUISER V8 POWER!

Hello friends, we're THRILLED to present one of our all-time favorite cruising cars: a 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix Model J
We're going to provide a short description here, and encourage interested parties to please watch the videos and view the photos. There is a TON of information about this car shared in the video.
The short story is this Grand Prix was sold new out of Oklahoma, and spent a majority of its life in Texas. A number of years back, a gentleman out of Illinois bought the car, and drove it as a weekend cruiser. He passed away, and his son continued to enjoy Dad's Grand Prix for a couple more summers, before selling the car. We're hoping to get it in the hands of a new caretaker, who can continue to care for it the way it's been over the years.
This is a WELL optioned car, including it being a factory power window, cruise control, and power seat car. Please see the photos and video of the PHS documentation for more info on the quality options this '72 GP was delivered with.
Originally a Cameo White car, it appears this car has had just one repaint, in a bascoat/clearcoat Pearl White. This adjustment from the factory white color looks absolutely phenomenal on this Grand Prix! The Saddle interior is almost completely original, with just the carpet appearing to have been replaced at some point. It's fantastic condition is a testament to the easy live this car has led.
It starts easily, runs smoothly, shifts like it should, and floats like a '72 GP should. We have a receipt for the transmission rebuild, and the son of the previous owner said his Dad had the upper end of its original, born-with 400 V8 freshened up, but we do not have receipts for that work. This car runs VERY well, though, and we do believe the engine was freshened up, as the son noted. Odometer 107,800 miles
