1972 Porsche 911 2.4 T Targa Ölklappe Sepia Brown
In 1972, Porsche introduced the famous Ölklappe: an oil filler cap located on the outside of the car, allowing the driver to top off the oil without opening the hood. In practice, the design proved confusing, as the oil cap was frequently mistaken for the fuel cap. Porsche therefore discontinued this system after just one model year. Precisely for this reason, the remaining Ölklappe models are now particularly sought after by enthusiasts and collectors.
This 911 2.4 T Targa is finished in Sepia Brown, a typical period color that perfectly suits the F-series. The Targa combines the classic 911 silhouette with open-air driving while retaining the recognizable lines of the coupe.
