What makes it truly special is its heart: the 911/83 engine with Bosch mechanical fuel injection (MFI)—the same powerplant found in the legendary 1973 Carrera RS 2.7, one of the most iconic Porsches ever built. This means that the Carrera 2.7 MFI is not simply a classic 911, but a true direct descendant of the RS, with the same mechanical architecture, character, and an incredibly engaging driving experience.
