This is one of the 161 original 911 3.2 Speedsters from 1989 ever built in the narrow body variant and the sought-after engine with 231 hp without catalytic converter.
Although the wide version of the Speedster of the G model series is the better-known variant today, the top model in 1989 was originally also supposed to be manufactured in the narrow body shape. However, since the Americans preferred the wide version and the US market was extremely important for Porsche, orders were only accepted for the turbo-wide version after the presentation at the IAA.
Vehicle history:
Delivery to the first owner took place on May 31, 1989 by the Porsche Center Arhus in Denmark. The vehicle was not registered to the first owner and was kept in his collection. In October 1996 the car was imported into Germany and then registered to the second owner, a private individual from the Munich area. The car has been registered to the second and last owner since 1996. The order from the second owner at the time is in the original, the original old one as well as the current vehicle registration document and the service book are also in the original. This allows the history and mileage to be completely and unequivocally documented and traced.
Service history documented by service book entries in one and the same Porsche center:
