This Porsche 911 (997) Cabriolet features a 4.0-liter engine with a manual transmission. The engine has been fully rebuilt approximately 10,000 km ago, bored out to 4.0 liters with a closed-deck design and equipped with GT3 (996) pistons. It includes K1 connecting rods with Carrillo 3/8 bolts and a replaced IMS bearing. The engine produces approximately 400 hp and runs smoothly, with instant response and impressive performance. An optional turbocharger upgrade is available at an additional cost, which can increase power to around 500 hp.
The drivetrain consists of a 6-speed manual transmission with a GT3 short shifter for precise shifting. The car has been converted to a Carrera 2 rear-wheel drive configuration and is fitted with a Carrera 2S differential for sportier handling. The original differential is still included.
The suspension and braking systems are tuned for high performance, featuring ceramic brake rotors for powerful, consistent braking. A sports exhaust enhances the car’s deep, distinctive sound, complementing its sporty character.
The interior is fully finished in blue leather, including sport seats and leather-trimmed door panels. The high-quality finish is in very good condition. The convertible design adds an exclusive and distinctive look.
Externally, the car sits on 997.2 Turbo-style wheels, which enhance its appearance. The original wheels are also included. A new front splitter is currently being installed; photos will follow shortly.
