Vehicle history:
To commemorate Porsche’s victory in the 1976 Sportscar Championship, Porsche produced approximately 3,000 Porsche 924s in the legendary Martini design. This served as a tribute to the successful collaboration between Porsche and Martini in the 1970s. The exterior was finished in Police White, while the interior featured Martini & Rossi design elements in red, black, and blue. The design was inspired by the spirits brand Martini & Rossi. This special edition was offered exclusively from December 1976 to March 1977.
This Porsche 924 was delivered on May 18, 1977, through the dealer Don Burns Prestige in Garden Grove, California. There is an additional US title from Scottsdale, Arizona. On April 30, 2014, the vehicle was sold to Paul Singer in Munich and imported to Germany. In Germany, the vehicle underwent various maintenance services and was registered with an H-license plate for historical vehicles. A Classic Data appraisal certifies that this beautiful Targa is in above-average overall condition.
