2007 Porsche Cayenne S powered by the 4.8L V8 producing 385 bhp The Porsche Cayenne is a series of automobiles manufactured by the German company Porsche since 2002. It is a luxury crossover SUV and has been described as both a full-sized and a mid-sized vehicle. The first generation was known internally within Porsche as the Type 9PA (955/957). It was the first V8-engined vehicle built by Porsche since 1995, when the Porsche 928 was discontinued. It is also Porsche's first off-road variant vehicle since its Super and Junior tractors of the 1950s, and the first Porsche with four doors. For us there is only 1 cool model of Cayenne and that is the first generation and its facelift. These are the only Cayenne that were actually designed by Porsche to go off-road. From 2010 onwards Porsche designed the Cayenne for the street and shopping mall. The first generation Cayenne comes with a low range gearbox, lockers and a full 4x4 drivetrain. This makes them very good off-road to begin with. As we love V8’s at Carcave, we couldn’t resist the Cayenne S which is powered by the 4.8L V8 producing 385 bhp. She does not hang around… The cayenne we are presenting here was sold new in Milaan back in 2007 and found her way to Zweden in 2010 where she stayed until the previous owner that we bought her from acquired her 2021. She has a full history file with invoices and a filled service book along with her leather binder and other books. The previous owner installed the rothmans livery wrap and akrapovic exhaust tips and slightly modified exhaust, giving her a fantastic rumble. He used her for road trips and an occasional off road trip. We have just serviced her with a new starter and oil change. She is eligible to be registered as a utility vehicle or personal car.
