At what point do you consider a restoration finished ? This magnificent Sedanca de Ville is, without doubt at the top of its game. ...... for example, why would you repair the front and rear fenders [wings] when there is a whole host of talent out there. All four panels have been newly made by hand along with all the panelwork on the motor car. The engine totally stripped and full rebuilt. All ancillaries have had the same treatment............the gearbox refurbished, the axle and suspension re-conditioned, steering components rebushed, reamed etc. 5 wheels fe-engineered and new tyres fitted.....new exhaust.....new chromework,,,,,new wiring,,,,refurbished instruments.....the work continued until we are left with interior soft to do.......seats, door liners and carpets are required to finish this most beautiful of gentlemans carriages.
