Condition and remarks:
Bodywork presents well, repainted with signs of use. The paintwork has been repainted with normal wear and minimal rust. The underside is dirty with surface rust and oil leakage at the differential. Tyres are in good condition and usable for several more years, with diagonal tyres.
The interior is nicely restored. The engine bay has been restored and is in good condition. The engine is in honest condition but has leaks at the engine, gearbox, rear axle, and heater radiator.
The gearbox and clutch function properly. Brakes require adjustment, with weak braking at the front, and the master cylinder is rusty and greasy. The handbrake works but needs shorter adjustment. Suspension and steering have play at the left/right kingpins and Pitman arm.
Electrical system and lights are functional, including horn, wipers, heater, and dashboard. All lights are fully operational.
Highlights include the rare and distinctive “Bullet Nose” design, a true 1950s icon. The car features an older restoration with a well-presented interior and an automatic transmission, which was unusual for its era.
