Because we operate in accordance with the UNC DOC A01 standard, we guarantee that after your purchase, if there is a conformity defect covered by the warranty, it will be our priority to resolve it with strict respect for your rights as enshrined by law and a serious, transparent contract.
We start by sending you a video via WhatsApp of the car you’re interested in, as if you were right here with us, walking around it and sitting inside. The video will show any body imperfections or other issues.
We will also send you a copy of the service record book (front and back), because the customer has the right to know if the car has had only one owner or multiple previous owners.
We include the license plate and photos of the maintenance record book to show the actual mileage. The car has received over 580 five-star reviews in Italy, awarded for excellence from 2017 through 2025.
