Austin Healey 100/M BN2 ‘Le Mans’, year 1956. Matching numbers and colours, a Heritage certificate to confirm this is present. This Healey 100 ‘Le Mans’ is a rare in period converted Le Mans model, the car is registered in the US Le Mans register! Colour Ice Blue metallic combined with a blue leather interior and dark blue carpet. Blue soft-top, tonneau-cover and side-screens. A complete restoration file with photo report and invoices is present. This Austin Healey 100/M ‘Le Mans’ is in top condition; concours! Of course, the engine and gearbox were overhauled, as were the dashboard gauges. The body was restored from the bare metal, the body shows perfect panel fit and crisp lines. All the chrome parts were re-chromed to perfection. The special ‘Le Mans’ kit consists of a special cylinder- head, a high-spec camshaft, S.U. H6 carburettors with a cold-air box, louvres in the bonnet and a leather retaining strap over the bonnet. The BN2 model features overdrive on 3rd and 4th gear. The car features disc brakes at the front wheels, a side exhaust, an aluminium rocker cover new wiring loom, chrome wire wheels and additional Lucas SFT576 wide-beam fog-lamps at the front. The car comes complete with the very rare original service (workshop) manual, owner’s manual and tool-set!
