Model history:
Hanomag-Henschel-Fahrzeugwerke GmbH (HHF) was a truck manufacturer based in Hanover, Germany. The company was founded in 1969 by a merger of the traditional German truck manufacturers Hanomag and Henschel. After the takeover of all shares in HHF by Daimler-Benz AG, the Hanomag-Henschel brand disappeared from the market in 1974. Individual design models from Hanomag-Henschel were still developed under the Mercedes-Benz brand until 1978.
Constructively, the Hanomag F-series was a small truck with ladder frame chassis and without a self-supporting or carrying structure on which the cab and the superstructures were mounted.
In most cases, the F-series was available as a flatbed truck or a flatbed truck with a box-mounted body. In addition, it was also available as a semitrailer and chassis for external special constructions and was also used as a light-duty fire truck.
