The Maserati Shamal was the ultimate GT of the Italian manufacturer and was officially introduced in 1989. As traditionally often the case with Maserati, the car was named after a hot summerwind blowing in large areas in Mesopotamia. Maserati produced the Shamal from 1990 until 1996 and according to factory numbers only 369 vehicles were built. A very rare car indeed!
The car listed here was sold by one of the biggest Ferrari and Maserati dealers in Italy (Rome) in 1993 to it's first and only owner. The car was dealer serviced according to the service manual and invoices present. The Shamal remains an icon of the nineties with the wide hips and the Maserati typical biturbo engine.
We are very happy to show this future classic in our selection!
