Rare and largely original 1934 example
Classic French 11CV styling typical of the 1930s
Mechanically complete; engine runs but requires tuning and work
Largely authentic, unrestored vehicle
Comes with Belgian registration documents
The Berliet VIRL 11CV Dauphine from 1934 represents a fine example of French interwar automotive design. Although Berliet is best known for trucks and military vehicles, the company also produced elegant passenger cars. The 11CV is one of the rarer surviving models, featuring body lines characteristic of French engineering of its era.
This example remains in a largely original and unrestored condition, with many authentic components still present. Paintwork and body show age-related wear, and while the engine runs, it requires tuning and further attention.
Oldtimerfarm’s inspection team has compiled the following report.
