1929 Ford Model A "Shay" replica with street rod type additions. Factory built in 1980 & only sold through Ford dealers. Showing just over 21,000 miles. 4-cylinder Ford & 4-spd manual transmission, 15" mag wheels with radial tires, CD player & custom zip outside curtains, & custom red paint, not gel coat.
Here is another pretty unique 1929 Ford Model A "Shay" rumble seat convertible, with a twist. Original wheels were tossed out & 15" mag wheels were installed with radial tires for a much better ride & performance, to give it more of a street rod look. It came with the cheap gel coat finish, but has been painted bright red all over & has side curtains & rear windows installed, which zip down to get more air inside in bad weather. Tilt front windshield, fold-out rumble seat, & an AM/FM/Stereo with CD player, under seat speakers, and heater. Still powered by the same 2.3 liter Ford 4 cylinder, & 4-speed transmission. Equipped with a 4-piece folding hood, 2-piece chrome bumpers, seat belts & quail hood ornament, shows just over 8700 miles & titled as a 1980 Shay Ford, & it was factory built on a brand new Ford Chassis & all parts were new in 1980, sold only through Ford dealers. Just a very fun driver. We have a clear title in hand.
