Description

Thorough historical research has revealed that this BMW 327 Sportkabriolett was built in 1949. The chassis number indicates that this is the second example of the pre-series of the post-war 327/2. Only 14 of these were built. Because the equivalent EMW (Eisenacher Motorenwerk) was built from 1952, this is an original BMW 327 Sportkabriolett. In the recent past, a lot of technical improvements were made to this car. In particular, the fuel supply, engine tuning, steering, differential, gearbox and brakes have been thoroughly serviced or restorations have been carried out.The black and red color scheme suits the BMW extremely well. The soft top is in excellent condition. In addition, with “matching numbers” of the engine and bodywork, this is an attractive classic.
