I parked it 55 years ago, due to some hard times and for the love of the car, I never drove it again.
The car is basically all original from the factory with all matching numbers
The couple changes to the car was done by myself.
The seats still have the clear plastic on them.
It is a V-8, power pack 283 with a 4-bbl. carburetor, dual exhaust, 4 speed, and Mickey Thompson mags.
I bought it at the time up in the state of Washington, so it is a west coast car, so it has the one-piece bumpers and the box frame.
Before I parked it, the car was always kept inside, and I didn’t drive it in the winter.
I drove it back and forth to Washington in the summer, (that is where my wife is from) to visit her folks, until I parked it.
So, the car has mainly highway miles.
When I parked it, I put it up on 4 stands on the frame, flooded the engine with oil, drained the gas, put a cover on it and built a wall in the garage to protect it. I turned the engine over every year.
I only have this one picture of it just before I parked it.
I did recently take a few pictures as it sets in the garage.
The car has 89,000 miles on it.
I'm hoping to find someone who wants and appreciates a well-cared for car.
Asking $ 68,500 or a reasonable offer.
