This is a very nice Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider from 1982. The car was newly delivered in the United States and has been registered in the Netherlands since 1992 and looks great. The car has been completely restored and overhauled in the past and is still a very attractive appearance. The fits are correct and the sheet metal is nice and thin. The red paint has some very light signs of use but nothing not befitting the car and its age. The convertible top is in nicely maintained condition and fits nicely everywhere. The hood is easy to operate. The car is on original steel wheels that have nice chrome hubcaps and good tires in the correct sizes.The interior has been completely reupholstered in the recent past with beautiful blue leather and looks beautiful. The leather is wonderfully supple and nicely cared for. The carpets have also been redone once and fit nicely throughout and are of good quality. The instruments look nice and all function as they should. The Spider is equipped with power windows and a car radio.The technology has been neatly maintained. The 2.0 liter engine has fuel injection and is mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The engine and transmission are both in very good condition. The 2.0 liter engine hangs beautifully on the gas and sounds like only an Alfa Romeo Twin-Cam four-cylinder can sound. A true pleasure to be out and about with a car like this. Who says owning a special car has to cost a fortune? Even things like the suspension and brakes have been neatly maintained and are in good condition. The car drives great and has a lovely nimble handling.In short, a beautiful Alfa Romeo Spider 2000 Veloce in a beautiful color scheme and in great condition, both optically and technically.
