CAR UNOBTAINABLE IN THIS CONDITION...............

Introduced at the Monza racetrack in June 1962, the Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 Spider was
a two-seater "dry" designed by Pininfarina, heir to the Giulietta Spider and
marketed in two versions, "Spider" and "Spider Veloce."
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider Veloce was born as an evolution of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider.
The two Alfa Romeos, Giulia and Giulietta (both Spiders), were almost identical from an aesthetic perspective,
but one major distinction that marked the Giulia was the fake air intake on the hood, a necessary (or perhaps obligatory) choice
to accommodate the 1600 cc engine, where the words "1600" were placed on the tail of it.
Starting in 1964, the Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider Veloce was also marketed,
equipped with a more powerful powerplant, which offered better performance.
And a car equipped with a respectable engine: we are talking about an in-line four-cylinder
in longitudinal front position of 1570 cubic centimeters.
Such an engine produced a power output of 112 hp at 6500 rpm, the distribution was entrusted
to two valves per cylinder, moved by a double overhead camshaft.
While the transmission depended on a synchronized manual gearbox.
And I go crazy with joy when I see (and can touch) a manual transmission.
All this goodness allowed the Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider Veloce
to reach a top speed of 172 kilometers per hour.
