A lovely Giulia that was first purchased from an official Alfa Romeo dealer in Thessaloniki, Greece. In 2000 the Giulia was sold to the current owner and has been garaged ever since. As such, she has only had two homes in the same city since new.
Servicing (using only Selenia lubricants) and repairs have always been performed at Thessaloniki’s premier Alfa specialists, Benavellis & Co., since new. Her original engine was rebuilt in 2011 by Mr. Nikos Benavellis who trained as a Master Mechanic in Arese. She has only covered about 4000kms since.
All rust issues have been addressed over the years and the interior has been updated as necessary with OEM spec Cinghiale fabric. She was repainted in her original Rosso Amaranto in 2017 and was recently fitted with new all-season tires and new rubber seals all around. She sounds, drives and handles extremely well, and is frequently taken on weekend excursions across Northern Greece.
Although not a concours winner by any means, she is a lovely usable classic that’s a joy to behold and drive.
An original set of keys, original registration information, an owner’s manual and some paperwork is available, as well as the dealer installed 8-track player and front shoulder belts.
As four Alfas and a Lancia are too much to handle, the current owner is reluctantly entertaining the possibility of finding a good 3rd home for her, knowing that she will continue to put smiles on peoples’ faces for many years to come…
