This Giulietta Sprint was born in 1961 and is the third version of the model called internally by the Portello company "Tipo 750 "which retains the unmistakable style designed by Bertone with some minor changes compared to the first series. Such as larger front and rear headlights, the grills of the metal Calender and most important note an engine boosted to 80hp well 20hp more than its older sister.
It is in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition; sound in bodywork and funds where it has no traces of rust or inflorescence to the paint. Several years ago it was carefully faded of its original Alfa Red color in Car Body Shop specializing in classic cars.
The interior is original but partially modified, the upholstery and padding restored to new and kept in excellent condition; it comes with two wrap-around Sport seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel to make the car suitable for regularity and historic reenactments and rallies. Its original front seats and steering wheel are available.
The engine is first assembly and is fully functional.
Maintenance and roadworthiness have kept it very reliable and performing, it runs like clockwork and has excellent compression and response.
The original gearbox has been replaced with a 5-speed.
The chassis and mechanics including the brake system have been checked periodically and the car is used regularly on nice sunny days to maintain full efficiency and reliability as well as Regularity Races.
