Here I have my real 1971 charger RT it has a matching numbers standard
transmission, non matching date coded rebuilt engine. I don't have the
build sheet or the fender tag but is a real RT. The vin reads WS23UIAI0XXXX. Car
was fully restored on a rotisserie with all removable parts (doors exc.) were
painted separately, everthing painted inside and out, professionally done. The
car is currently not running but one can have it running within a few weekends.
All that is needed to be in running condition is to finish hooking up the clutch
spring, connect the wiring under the hood, add a new battery, add emergency
brake wiring (not needed to run), prime engine and should be ready to go. The
paint is in great condition which was done a few years ago and has no chips or
scratches, no swirls on paint either as car has only been washed twice since
painted it had been in storage for two years and the last year under my car port
with car cover I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Car also painted same color under
the hood, trunk, engine compartment, and undercarriage. If you see any specks on
pics it's just dust or dirt. I have all the parts to finish the car except
for the car battery and a few trims. Tomorrow I will list all the parts that
have been restored or that i bought new from year one. I will also be adding
more pics of the car tomorrow. There is absolutely no rust on the car
whatsoever. The vinyl rooftop was not installed perfectly but you cannot notice
unless inspected carefully, I was gonna have it replaced but never got aroun
