A unique item, this Dodge Lancer Turbo from 1986, the car only has the delivery kilometers on the counter.
With only 42 miles on the counter, there will not be a second one to be found worldwide!
In 2014, this car was offered for auction in the USA after the death of Kirk Jackson.
This Dodge dealer from Lockhart, (Texas USA) was a unique person and has "put away" several new Dodges, including this Lancer Turbo.
The other cars, as far as is known, were eventually used as a means of transport.
However, this unique Lancer Turbo was sold at the auction to a Dutchman with an eye for special features and historical importance.
After the auction, the car came to the Netherlands and was completely prepared there, new tires, oil, hoses, etc. invoice included with the car.
After this, the Dodge ended up in a private collection of a true classic car connoisseur.
In April 2022 I had the privilege of purchasing this unique Dodge from this collection. A unique car with a unique story. Now the time has come that, after much deliberation, I have decided that this special car may go to a new enthusiast. Preferably that the car will become part of a collection again or perhaps end up in a museum... the car certainly deserves that.
If someone decides to buy the car and wants to register it to drive it, that is of course also possible.
