The engine is a Lycoming O-320-D2A with 778 hours and four cylinders. The aircraft is equipped with a Sensenich 74DM6-0-60 two-blade propeller, which has 1,753 hours. It has been second-hand since 1996, making it 29 years old. The previous owner was a meticulous engineer who took excellent care of the aircraft and flew the Cadet exclusively himself. All hoses, including oil and fuel hoses, were replaced in October 2024.
The interior features four gray leather seats, replaced in 2012 along with beige carpets. It includes a four-seat intercom system and enhanced noise insulation by Gomolzig. The primer system was retrofitted, and the battery can be charged via a cigarette lighter socket. The aircraft is covered by Graefes Aircraft Cover. It also has a Knorr engine preheater, allowing start-up to be initiated by sending a text message.
The aircraft is hangared in a single bay at EDHE Airport. Its electronics and equipment meet CVFR standards.
