Description

General information BMW E9

The elegant CS coupés are among the milestones from BMW - not least because of the fantastic, silky-smooth six-cylinder engine. The vehicles were built between December 1968 and December 1975 by BMW at Karmann.

The Scuderia Sportiva Colonia has paid special attention to these elegant and technically sophisticated coupés. From our point of view, these BMW sports cars deserve even more attention. The gorgeous shape, the excellent chassis, the very good brakes and the powerful engine were the measure of all things in the early 1970s. The interior spoils the owner with luxurious materials, the seats are comfortable with acceptable lateral support and the VDO instruments are a feast for the eyes. A perfect sports car to see and be seen with unmistakable DNA from its very successful touring car history.

History of the BMW 3.0 CSI offered here

The BMW E9 offered here was originally delivered in France. The CSI was shut down as early as the 1990s and is awaiting restoration, which was also necessary due to its condition. The owner of the Scuderia bought this vehicle in early 2006 and put it into storage. One day it should be so far. The restoration work then began in 2020, repeatedly interrupted by other projects. Now this beautiful coupe is finished in anthracite metallic with a new very elegant red leather interior and matching red carpet, as well as its original BMW Petri sports steering wheel.

This BMW was completely "nuts & bolts" restored by us and our partners. In addition to a stainless steel exhaust system, a Bilstein chassis, sport springs (30mm lower) and 16" Alpina Style rims with new Michelin tires were installed.

In short, this BMW is really completely restored, the engine still needs to be run in. All restoration work is documented in an individual restoration book. For our restored vehicles we grant you a guarantee of 1 year. However, the basic prerequisite for this is that all service work that arises is carried out by us or, in exceptional cases, by a service partner named by us.
