The "New Six" (also known as the E3) is a line of luxury sedans and coupes produced by BMW between 1968 and 1977. All models and versions used the "M30" in-line six-cylinder engine.
The “New Six” marked BMW's return to the luxury sedan market after a 5-year hiatus and was presented as a response to the growing market segment dominated by Mercedes-Benz. It was a key model in establishing BMW's reputation as a maker of luxury sedans and sports cars, after a wave of coupés and models that were by no means focused on passengers, only on the driver.
This is a 1973 3.0 SI, in excellent condition and with the original manuals.
