BMW E30 316i Touring Colour edition 1994

The BMW E30 is the second generation of BMW 3 Series, which was produced from 1982 to 1994 and replaced the E21 3 Series. The model range included 2-door coupe and convertible body styles,as well as being the first 3 Series to be produced in 4-door sedan and wagon/estate body styles. It was powered by four-cylinder petrol, six-cylinder petrol and six-cylinder diesel engines, the latter a first for the 3 Series. In 1991/1992, BMW celebrated the phasing out of the E30 with a limited-run of what was called the “Design Edition” model. These cars weren’t any different to other cars mechanically speaking, however they featured unique loud paintwork (Daytona Violet, Neon Blue, and Neon Green) and pin-striped interior. These cars are actually one of the rarest BMW’s going, with only in the region of around 200 made.
Exterior: The exterior is painted in the beautiful colour the Germans call BMW-lagunengrün-metallic. It is a special colour which suits the car very well. The car is completely in its original paint and the paint is in truly remarkable condition. The car also does not show any sign of rust and corrosion. Moreover, the car is originally equipped with 15 inch bbs wheels that are in great condition. New tires have also been fitted to the wheels.
Interior: The interior consists of the BMW sport seats from Recaro that are upholstered in a pin striped cloth matching the exterior of the vehicle. The car also has a black roof liner and equipment such as an electric sunroof. The interior looks like new showing minimal signs of wear. Everything in the car works as it should. All original tools and accessories are also correct and intact.

Engine: The engine is a simple 4-cylinder 1,6 litre that produces 100 hp. The engine is paired with a very enjoyable 5-speed manual gearbox. Even though the engine is not the most powerful, the car is great to drive. Everything mechanically is 100% original and the engine and gearbox run perfectly. The car has been serviced and maintained properly throughout its 58,000km and the car has only driven 150km since its last service. The car also recently received a new original BMW batteri. History and documentation: In January 1994, the car was sold new in Hamburg, Germany. The car later got exported to Sweden in 2003 where it only had 2 owners up until now. It is a very special car in exceptional condition with an exceptional mileage of 58,000km. The car comes with lots of documentation guaranteeing the mileage. The documentation contains service records with mileage during its time in Germany and the car also has every Swedish inspection paper. As well, it  comes with 3 sets of keys, all original books and a correctly compiled service book.
