The E30 3-Series, launched in the early 1980s, remains one of BMW's most admired compact saloons. It is valued for its precise handling, balanced chassis, and durable engineering, with the 325i sitting at the top of the range.
Finished in Glacier Blue Metallic over an Indigo Blue leather interior, this SE-specification 325i Automatic saloon was supplied new by Hexagon of Highgate, BMW's North London dealership. It has largely remained owned by the same family since the consigning owner’s father purchased it in November 1990. It was sold to a colleague some years ago, and the current custodian brought it back into family ownership in April 2024.
Drive is provided by BMW's esteemed 2494cc M20 straight-six engine, offering 171bhp, sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. This example benefits from the SE-spec, which includes an onboard trip computer, electric windows, air conditioning, and a sunroof.
Presented in clean order for its age, the car has covered a modest average of under 1,700 miles per year and shows 62,692 miles on the odometer. The current MOT is valid until November 2026. It is offered with a comprehensive history file and supplying dealer invoice.
The much-revered E30 generation of BMW’s 3-Series is becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition. This example must be considered by any enthusiast of the Bavarian manufacturer.
